Swades is the award winning movie starring Shahrukh Khan and Gayatri Joshi (debut). The movie is very inspirational, and encourages those Indians who live abroad and have fulfilling lives to remember their home country and its people, and to help them. Swades promotes patriotism and love for your own people, which is very good. Music is by A.R. Rehman, though he didn't win the Best Music Director's award at the FilmFare Awards, only nominated.
